Wrap Bites

Ingredients:
2 Tortillas or Wraps (Almond Flour Wrap, Chickpea Flour Wrap, Cassava Wrap, etc.)
Filling: Almond Butter, Fruit Spread, Hemp Seeds
How To:
Place a large pan (ungreased) over low to medium heat.
Once hot, lay a grain free wrap on the pan for up to 10 seconds, then flip for another ~10 seconds. Transfer to plate.
Spread the almond butter and fruit spread onto the wrap. Sprinkle the hemp seeds onto the wrap.
Roll up the wrap, cut into bite sized pieces, and enjoy!
Variations:
Wrap with almond butter, hazelnut spread, and banana slices
Wrap with almond butter (or any nut butter) and fruit spread with hemp seeds (or seeds of choice)
Wrap with almond butter (or any nut butter) and berries with hemp seeds (or seeds of choice)
Wrap with almond butter (or any nut butter) and banana slices with chocolate chips and hemp seeds (or seeds of choice)
Wrap with roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber slices, and red bell pepper slices
Wrap with non-dairy cream cheese, buffalo tempeh, and celery
Wrap with avocado, tempeh sauteed in hot sauce, and leafy greens
Wrap with egg, bacon flavored tempeh, and dairy free cheese
Wrap with egg, breakfast sausage, and maple syrup
Notes:
To make it Elimination Diet, Paleo, and Whole 30 friendly, use grain free tortillas, such as almond flour tortillas.
To make it Gluten free, use gluten free tortillas or grain free tortillas, such as almond flour tortillas.
