Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Wild Rice

  • 4 Cups Water

How To:

  1. Rinse thoroughly through a mesh strainer

  2. Add 1 cup of wild rice and 4 cups of water or broth to a pot.

  3. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and cover for 45 minutes.

  4. Check if the rice has a chewy texture, and cook for an additional 10 minutes if needed.

  5. Allow it to cool, uncovered.

  6. Enjoy!
