Ingredients:
1 Cup Wild Rice
4 Cups Water
How To:
Rinse thoroughly through a mesh strainer
Add 1 cup of wild rice and 4 cups of water or broth to a pot.
Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and cover for 45 minutes.
Check if the rice has a chewy texture, and cook for an additional 10 minutes if needed.
Allow it to cool, uncovered.
