White Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Rice

  • 2 Cups Water

  • Dash of Salt

How To:

  1. Rinse 1 cup of rice in a fine mesh strainer.

  2. Add the rice and 2 cups of water to a pot with a dash of salt.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  4. Cover and don’t touch for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat, and allow it to cool with no cover.

  6. Enjoy!
