Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice
2 Cups Water
Dash of Salt
How To:
Rinse 1 cup of rice in a fine mesh strainer.
Add the rice and 2 cups of water to a pot with a dash of salt.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Cover and don’t touch for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, and allow it to cool with no cover.
