Chickpea Flour Vegan Egg Scramble

Ingredients:
1 Cup Chickpea Flour
1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (unsweetened and unflavored)
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
Spices: ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp Garlic Powder, ¼ tsp Black Pepper, ¼ tsp Onion Powder
Veggies: Diced Onion and Kale
How To:
Cut up veggies.
Place a pan over medium heat with 1 TBSP of high heat oil.
Add onion and kale and saute until onions are translucent.
Whisk together the chickpea flour, non-dairy milk, and spices.
Once veggies are cooked, pour the mixture onto the pan and cook into a pancake-like consistency, then begin to break it up and mix it around with a spatula until fully cooked and no more moisture.
Remove from the heat and enjoy as you would scrambled eggs!
