Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Brown Rice

  • 6+ Cups Water

  • Dash of Salt

How To:

  1. Rinse 1 cup of brown rice in a fine mesh strainer.

  2. Bring at least 6 cups of water to a boil with a dash of salt.

  3. Add the rice to the boiling water.

  4. Reduce the heat until there is no overflow, but still a steady small boil.

  5. Boil uncovered for 30 minutes.

  6. Strain rice, return it to the pot, and cover with a lid.

  7. Allow it to sit off-heat for 10 minutes.

  8. Enjoy!
