Turkey Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chickpea Flour Tortillas

  • 4 TBSP Garlic Hummus

  • 1 Cup Turkey, Cooked, Cooled, and Refrigerated

  • 1 Avocado

  • ½ Cup Lettuce

  • ½ Cucumber

  • ⅓ Red Onion

  • ¼ Cup Shredded Carrots

  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

How To:

  1. Place a pan over medium heat and lay each tortilla on the pan for 10 seconds, then flip for another 10 seconds and remove.

  2. Slice up turkey, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, and red onion. Shred carrots if needed.

  3. Spread hummus onto the wrap, add all veggies, and add salt and pepper as desired.

  4. Roll it up and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Make elimination diet, paleo, and whole 30 friendly by using an almond flour wrap or lettuce as a wrap and swapping hummus with another spread.
