Tofu Vegan Egg Scramble

Ingredients:
1 TBSP high heat oil (avocado oil preferred)
1 16-oz block of Organic Firm Tofu
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder, ¼ tsp Garlic Powder, ¼ tsp Onion Powder
2 TBSP non-dairy milk (unsweetened, unflavored)
How To:
Place a pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the block of tofu on the pan and mash it with a fork or crumble it with your hands.
Use a spatula to toss frequently for 4 minutes until the moisture is mostly gone.
Add the nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric powder, and garlic powder. Continue to stir for another 5 minutes.
Pour the non-dairy milk onto the pan and stir to mix, then remove from the heat and enjoy as you would scrambled eggs!
