Ingredients:
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Fruit: Strawberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries
Mixed Nuts
How To:
Boil eggs by placing them in a pot with water at least 1 inch higher than the eggs. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 12 minutes. Allow to cool.
In a container (preferably with 3 sections) add fruit, mixed nuts, and the 2 hard boiled eggs with a sprinkle of salt and any other toppings you’d like.

Notes:
Make Vegan by swapping eggs with Tofu Vegan Egg Scramble or Chickpea Flour Vegan Egg Scramble.
