Ingredients:

  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs

  • Fruit: Strawberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries

  • Mixed Nuts

How To:

  1. Boil eggs by placing them in a pot with water at least 1 inch higher than the eggs. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 12 minutes. Allow to cool.

  2. In a container (preferably with 3 sections) add fruit, mixed nuts, and the 2 hard boiled eggs with a sprinkle of salt and any other toppings you’d like.

Variations:

  • PROTEIN + FRUIT + HEALTHY FAT

  • Hard Boiled Eggs with Apple and Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)

  • Hard Boiled Eggs with Mango and Paleo Granola

  • Hard Boiled Eggs with Banana Slices Topped with Cinnamon, Honey, Chia and Hemp Seeds (or any seeds)

  • Hard Boiled Eggs with Grapes, Dairy Free Cheese, and Gluten Free Crackers

  • Bacon Tempeh with Mixed Berries, Grapes, and Mixed Nuts

  • Roasted Chickpeas with Fruit Salad and Avocado
