Sweet Potato Cereal Bowl

Ingredients:
1 Cup Diced, Roasted Sweet Potato
⅔ Cup Non-Dairy Milk
Scoop of Almond Butter
Drizzle Of Honey
How To:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut sweet potato into super tiny pieces and lay out on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-25 minutes or until crispy. Remove and cool.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and enjoy it like cereal!
Variations:
Diced Sweet Potato, Almond Milk, Coconut Butter, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener, Hemp Seeds
Diced Sweet Potato, Almond Milk, Banana Slices, Shredded Coconut, Scoop of Almond Butter
Add protein by adding 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder to the milk and whisking together before adding other ingredients
Notes:
Make Whole 30 friendly by omitting honey.
