Sweet Potato Cereal Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Diced, Roasted Sweet Potato

  • ⅔  Cup Non-Dairy Milk

  • Scoop of Almond Butter

  • Drizzle Of Honey

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut sweet potato into super tiny pieces and lay out on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  3. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until crispy. Remove and cool.

  4. Add all ingredients to a bowl and enjoy it like cereal!

Variations:

  • Diced Sweet Potato, Almond Milk, Coconut Butter, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener, Hemp Seeds

  • Diced Sweet Potato, Almond Milk, Banana Slices, Shredded Coconut, Scoop of Almond Butter

  • Add protein by adding 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder to the milk and whisking together before adding other ingredients

Notes:

  • Make Whole 30 friendly by omitting honey.
