*To make a smoothie into a smoothie bowl, use a food processor and use ¼-½ the amount of liquid. If you only have a blender, use ½ the amount of liquid and add more if needed to blend.

Tropical Green Smoothie: (Tropical Fruit Based)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach (Or ½ Cup Frozen Spinach)

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water (Or Water / Almond Milk)

  • 1 Banana

  • ½ Cup Pineapple

  • ½ Cup Mango

  • Optional: Vanilla Protein Powder, Seeds, Superfoods Powders, etc.

How To:

  1. First, add the greens and liquid to the blender and blend well.

  2. Then, add all other ingredients and blend well again.

  3. Enjoy!

Almond Berry Green Smoothie: (Berry Based)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach (Or ½ Cup Frozen Spinach)

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water (Or Water / Almond Milk)

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Cup Blueberries

  • 1 Scoop Almond Butter (or peanut butter or another nut butter)

  • Optional: Vanilla Protein Powder, Seeds, Superfoods Powders, etc.

How To:

  1. First, add the greens and liquid to the blender and blend well.

  2. Then, add all other ingredients and blend well again.

  3. Enjoy!

Variations:

  • Birthday Cake Smoothie: 1 Frozen Banana, ½ Cup Almond Milk (or Water), 2 TBSP Rolled Oats, 1 TBSP Vanilla Protein Powder, ½ TBSP Pure Maple Syrup, 1 TBSP Cashew Butter

  • Avocado Pudding Smoothie: 1 Avocado, 1 Cup Coconut Milk, 2 TBSP Honey AND/OR 3 Dates, Cinnamon

  • Chocolate Blueberry: Spinach, Banana, Blueberries, Almond Butter, Chocolate Protein Powder, Maca Powder, Cinnamon, Almond Milk

  • Green Pina Colada: Arugula, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk, Hemp Seeds

  • Detox Green Smoothie: Cilantro, Parsley, Bananas, Mixed Berries, Coconut Milk, Spirulina, Vanilla Protein Powder

  • Banana Nut Smoothie: Banana, Sunflower Seed Butter, Almond Milk, Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener, Cinnamon

  • Fall Ginger Smoothie: Butternut Squash, Coconut Milk, Coconut Butter, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Vanilla Protein Powder
