Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Wild Rice

  • 4 Cups Water

How To:

  1. Add 1 Cup Quinoa and 2 Cups Water to a pot and bring to a boil.

    • Add a piece of Kombu seaweed for added minerals. Discard after cooking.

  2. Lower to a simmer and cover for 12 minutes.

  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool with no cover.
