Ingredients:
1 Cup Wild Rice
4 Cups Water
How To:
Add 1 Cup Quinoa and 2 Cups Water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add a piece of Kombu seaweed for added minerals. Discard after cooking.
Lower to a simmer and cover for 12 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool with no cover.
