Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP Avocado Oil

  • 1 Cup Riced Cauliflower (Frozen or Fresh)

  • Dash of Salt and Spices Of Choice

How To:

  1. Heat 1 TBSP avocado oil on a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add cauliflower (frozen or fresh) and saute with spices of choice for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Enjoy!
