1 TBSP Avocado Oil
1 Cup Riced Cauliflower (Frozen or Fresh)
Dash of Salt and Spices Of Choice
How To:
Heat 1 TBSP avocado oil on a frying pan over medium heat.
Add cauliflower (frozen or fresh) and saute with spices of choice for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
