Ingredients:
1 Cup Chickpeas
Water
How To:
Soak 1 cup of chickpeas for 12 hours.
Strain and rinse.
Transfer to a pot and fill a few inches higher than chickpeas with water.
Bring to a boil, then bring to a simmer and cover until tender (about 1-1 ½ hours.)
Strain. Enjoy!
