Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 hours+ Total Time: 5 hours and 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • ½ Cup Liquid (Non-Dairy Milk Or Water)

  • ½ Ripe Banana (Mashed)

  • 1 Scoop Almond Butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Handful Blueberries

How To:

  1. Add Oats, Liquid, Banana, Almond Butter, and Chia Seeds to a jar and stir.

  2. Top with a handful of blueberries.

  3. Put the lid on the jar and keep in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.

  4. Enjoy on the go!

Variations:

  • Add protein powder for extra protein!

  • Basic with Mixed Berries: Oats, liquid, honey, vanilla extract, mixed berries, chia seeds, walnuts

  • Chocolate Strawberry: Oats, liquid, pure maple syrup, cacao powder, strawberries

  • Peanut Butter & Jelly: Oats, liquid, honey, vanilla extract, strawberry fruit spread, peanut butter, and peanuts

  • Apple Pie: Oats, liquid, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, diced apples, pecans, cinnamon

  • Almond Coconut: Oats, liquid, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, slivered almonds, chocolate chips
