Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
½ Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
½ Cup Liquid (Non-Dairy Milk Or Water)
½ Ripe Banana (Mashed)
1 Scoop Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 Handful Blueberries
How To:
Add Oats, Liquid, Banana, Almond Butter, and Chia Seeds to a jar and stir.
Top with a handful of blueberries.
Put the lid on the jar and keep in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Enjoy on the go!
Variations:
Add protein powder for extra protein!
Basic with Mixed Berries: Oats, liquid, honey, vanilla extract, mixed berries, chia seeds, walnuts
Chocolate Strawberry: Oats, liquid, pure maple syrup, cacao powder, strawberries
Peanut Butter & Jelly: Oats, liquid, honey, vanilla extract, strawberry fruit spread, peanut butter, and peanuts
Apple Pie: Oats, liquid, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, diced apples, pecans, cinnamon
Almond Coconut: Oats, liquid, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, slivered almonds, chocolate chips
