French Toast

Ingredients:
8 Slices of Gluten Free Bread or Grain Free Bread
4 Eggs
½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon
Butter or coconut oil To Grease The Pan
Toppings: Powdered monk fruit sweetener, strawberries, and maple syrup
How To:
Mix the eggs, non-dairy milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a wide, shallow bowl
Place a pan over medium heat and melt butter or oil in the pan.
Dip slices of bread into egg mixture, coating both sides, and immediately place on the hot pan.
Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Top with desired toppings, such as powdered monk fruit sweetener, strawberries, and maple syrup

French toast with drizzled with melted chocolate and topped with strawberries
French toast with drizzled with melted chocolate and banana slices
French toast with fruit spread
French toast with cannoli yogurt recipe
French toast with caramelized banana slices with honey

Notes:
Make Elimination Diet, Paleo, and Whole 30 friendly by choosing Grain Free Bread.
Make Whole 30 friendly by also omitting honey, maple syrups, or sweeteners.
