Grain Free Bread

Ingredients:
High heat oil (avocado oil or coconut oil)
4 TBSP Coconut Flour
⅔ Cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk (Or Water)
¼ Cup Refined Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil
4 Eggs
How To:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spread high heat oil onto a 9X5 loaf pan.
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
Add wet ingredients to a separate bowl and mix.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
Variations:
Use it as bread for a sandwich, toast, with butter, etc.!
Notes:
To make this vegan, swap eggs with flax egg.
