How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spread high heat oil onto a 9X5 loaf pan.

  2. Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix

  3. Add wet ingredients to a separate bowl and mix.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix. 

  5. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.

  6. Cool and enjoy!

Variations:

  • Use it as bread for a sandwich, toast, with butter, etc.!

Notes:

  • To make this vegan, swap eggs with flax egg.
