Gluten Free Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: ~30 minutes
Ingredients:
High heat oil (avocado oil or coconut oil)
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ Cup Almond Milk
1 TBSP Honey
2 Eggs
How To:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spread high heat oil onto a 9X5 loaf pan.
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend well.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes
Cool and enjoy!
Variations:
Use it as bread for a sandwich, toast, with butter, etc.!
