Pepperoni Bites

Ingredients:

  • 6 TBSP Melted Vegan Butter

  • ½ Cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour

  • ¾ Cup Shredded Vegan Cheese

  • 14 Pieces of Pepperoni (I Use Applegate Turkey Pepperoni)

  • Italian Seasoning and Salt To Taste

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients besides pepperoni to create a dough.

  3. Break off small pieces of the dough and wrap it around each piece of pepperoni to create bites and place them on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and salt to taste.

  4. Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
