Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Chickpeas

  • Water

How To:

  1. Strain the can of chickpeas and rinse with water.

  2. Transfer to a pot and fill a few inches higher than chickpeas with water.

  3. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and cover for about 20 minutes.

  4. Strain. Enjoy!
