Beef Veggie Stew

Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 5-8 hours Total Time: 5-8 hours and 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Bone Broth (Chicken or Beef)

  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck (Cut Into Chunks)

  • 2 Onions Chopped

  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced

  • 1 Potato Cubed

  • 5 Carrots Sliced

  • Spices (1-2 tsps each): Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Salt and Pepper

How To:

  1. Chop up all the veggies.

  2. Combine everything in a crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.

  3. Make sure everything is cooked through and enjoy!
