Avocado Brownies

Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
¼ Cup Almond Butter
1 TBSP Coconut Oil, Melted
½ Cup Cacao Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ Cup Non Dairy Chocolate Chips
How To:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 8x8 brownie pan with coconut oil.
In a bowl, mash the avocado well with a fork, then add the eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil.
In another bowl, combine the cacao powder, sea salt, and baking soda.
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture slowly and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Transfer to the brownie pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes:
Make this vegan by using flax eggs instead of regular eggs.
To make them less gooey and more solid, add 1-2 TBSP of paleo baking flour.
