Paleo Brownies

Ingredients:
¾ Cup Almond Flour
2 TBSP Cacao Powder
⅓ Cup Non Dairy Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Bar
⅓ Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
~⅓ Cup Honey
1 Banana
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
How To:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 8x8 brownie pan with coconut oil.
Melt the chocolate chips by microwaving for 20-30 second increments until melted.
OR with a DIY double boiler by filling a pot with 2 inches of water and resting a bowl (with a wider width than the pot) over the pot over low heat.
In a bowl, mash the banana well with a fork, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer to the brownie pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
