  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl and add the dry ingredients. Then, add the chocolate chips.

  3. Spread in a 8x8 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

  4. Bake for 20 minute or until golden. Enjoy!
