Simple Chocolate Nut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Butter (Or Another Nut Butter)

  • ½ Cup Oat Flour (Or Ground Up Oats)

  • 2 TBSP Honey

  • Optional: 6 Drops Monk Fruit Sweetener

  • 1 Cup Non Dairy Chocolate Chips

How To:

  1. Place a piece of parchment paper over a square or rectangular baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, mix together almond butter, oat flour, honey, and liquid monk fruit sweetener.

  3. Scoop into the pan and spread into an even layer.

  4. Melt the chocolate chips by microwaving for 20-30 second increments until melted.

    • OR with a DIY double boiler by filling a pot with 2 inches of water and resting a bowl (with a wider width than the pot) over the pot over low heat.

  5. Once melted, spread the chocolate on top of the first layer and place in the refrigerator to firm up. Enjoy!
