Savory Mixed Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Mixed Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts, Brazil Nuts, etc.)

  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

  • Spices:

    • 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder

    • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

    • ½ tsp Cumin

    • ½ tsp Black Pepper

    • ½ tsp Salt

    • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl.

  3. Combine all of the nuts and olive oil in another bowl and make sure all nuts are coated.

  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and stir to coat.

  5. Place the nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in oven to roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes, then enjoy or store in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 weeks.
