Salted Caramel “Ice Cream”

Ingredients:
3 Frozen Bananas
2 Dates, Pitted
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Sea Salt
¼ Cup Coconut Milk
1 TBSP Cashew Butter
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Cacao Powder
Caramel Drizzle:
3 Dates, Pitted
¼ Cup Coconut Milk
1 Scoop Coconut Cream (The thick part in a can of full fat coconut milk)
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
How To:
Blend nice cream ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Transfer to a container.
Blend caramel drizzle ingredients and pour over.
Place in the freezer for one hour if it needs to be firmed up. Enjoy!
