Pizza With Sweet Potato Grain Free Crust

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cooked Sweet Potato
1 Cup Almond Flour OR Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
Spices: ½ tsp each: Oregano, Basil, Salt, and a pinch of pepper
Sauce Of Choice (Pizza Sauce, Pesto Sauce, Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce, etc.)
Toppings Of Choice (Vegan Cheese, Pepperoni, Spinach, Onion, Tomato, Broccoli, Mushroom, Chickpeas, Chicken, Bacon, etc.)
(If meat, cook separately before following recipe)
How To:
Sweet Potato:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Poke the sweet potato all around with a fork.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 50 minutes or until fully cooked through and soft.
Remove from the oven, cut it in half, and allow it to cool a bit.
Scoop it out with a fork and measure about 1-2 cups of cooked sweet potato.
Crust:
Combine the measured sweet potato with equal parts almond flour (ex: if using 1 cup of sweet potato, use 1 cup of almond flour) and mix together well.
Spread a thin layer of avocado oil on a pizza pan or baking sheet, then add the dough and form into a circular or rectangular pizza shape about ¼ inch thick.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Chop needed vegetables / prepare toppings while the dough is cooking.
Take out and spread sauce and add toppings of choice.
Bake again for an additional 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked through nicely! Enjoy!

Margarita: Pizza Sauce, Chunks of Non Dairy Mozzarella, Slices of Tomato, Garlic Chunks, Basil Leaves
White Broccoli Pizza: Non Dairy Mozzarella, Garlic Chunks, Broccoli, Spinach, Olive Oil
Sausage and Veggies: Pizza Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Pieces of Sausage, Onions, and Bell Pepper
Pesto: Pesto Sauce, Chickpeas (or cooked chicken), Garlic Chunks, Red Onion, Arugula or Kale Tossed In Lemon and Olive Oil
BBQ Chicken: BBQ Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Cooked Chicken (or chickpeas), Red Onion, Cilantro
Buffalo Chicken: Hot Sauce, Non Dairy Cream Cheese, 1 TBSP Ranch Seasoning Mix (1 TBSP each: parsley, dill, 2 tsp each: garlic, onion, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper), Chopped Green Onions
Hawaiian: Pizza Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella, Cooked Ham, Pineapple
Garlic Ranch: Non Dairy Mozzarella, Olive Oil mixed with 1 TBSP Ranch Seasoning Mix (1 TBSP each: parsley, dill, 2 tsp each: garlic, onion, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper), Garlic, Zucchini Rounds
Chicken Bacon Ranch: Chicken, Bacon Bits, Non Dairy Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Onion
