Pizza With Gluten Free Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour (Bob’s Red Mill brand is great!)

  • 3.5 tsp Baking Powder

  • 2 tsp Xanthan Gum

  • ¾ tsp Salt

  • ¾ Cup Warm Water

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the water slowly while mixing. Add more water 1 TBSP at a time if it is too dry (you want a soft, sticky dough)

  4. Spread a thin layer of oil on a pizza pan or baking sheet, then add the dough and form into a pizza shape about ¼ inch thick.

  5. Bake in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes.

  6. Chop up needed veggies / prepare toppings.

  7. Then, take out and spread sauce and add toppings of choice and bake again for an additional 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked through nicely! Enjoy!

  • Pepperoni Pizza: Pizza Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Turkey Pepperoni

  • Veggie Delight: Pizza Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Onions, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Black Olives

  • Mediterranean: Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Artichoke Hearts, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, Black Olives, Garlic, Pesto, Fresh Arugula

  • Margarita: Pizza Sauce, Chunks of Non Dairy Mozzarella, Slices of Tomato, Garlic Chunks, Basil Leaves

  • White Broccoli Pizza: Non Dairy Mozzarella, Garlic Chunks, Broccoli, Spinach, Olive Oil

  • Sausage and Veggies: Pizza Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Pieces of Sausage, Onions, and Bell Pepper

  • Pesto: Pesto Sauce, Chickpeas (or cooked chicken), Garlic Chunks, Red Onion, Arugula or Kale Tossed In Lemon and Olive Oil

  • BBQ Chicken: BBQ Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese, Cooked Chicken (or chickpeas), Red Onion, Cilantro

  • Buffalo Chicken: Hot Sauce, Non Dairy Cream Cheese, 1 TBSP Ranch Seasoning Mix (1 TBSP each: parsley, dill, 2 tsp each: garlic, onion, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper), Chopped Green Onions

  • Hawaiian: Pizza Sauce, Non Dairy Mozzarella, Cooked Ham, Pineapple

  • Garlic Ranch: Non Dairy Mozzarella, Olive Oil mixed with 1 TBSP Ranch Seasoning Mix (1 TBSP each: parsley, dill, 2 tsp each: garlic, onion, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper), Garlic, Zucchini Rounds

  • Chicken Bacon Ranch: Chicken, Bacon Bits, Non Dairy Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Onion
