How To:

  1. Crush nuts by putting them into a bag and pounding with a meat tenderizer or blend in a blender to break them into smaller pieces without over blending.

  2. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to make it easier to roll into balls.

  4. Roll them into small bite-sized balls and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Variations:

  • Add protein powder for extra protein

  • Swap almond butter for peanut butter

  • Swap almond butter for sunflower seed butter

  • Swap honey for pure maple syrup

  • Add superfoods like chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, etc.

Notes:

  • Make vegan by using flax eggs.

  • Make it whole 30 friendly by omitting sweeteners.
