Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients:
1 Green Bell Pepper
5 Roma Tomatoes
¼ Cup Red Onion
1 Small Cucumber
½ Cup Kalamata Olives
Dressing:
¼ Cup Olive Oil
½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1.5 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Dill
Salt and Pepper To Taste
How To:
Chop all the veggies into bite sized pieces and combine in a bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.
Add mixed greens if desired. Enjoy!
