Homemade Oat Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Organic Rolled Oats

  • 4 Cups COLD Water

How To:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds, careful to not overblend.

  2. Strain the mixture by pouring through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or a thin towel over a large mixing bowl.

  3. Transfer to an airtight jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.

Variations:

  • Vanilla: Add 1 Pitted Date OR 1 TBSP Maple Syrup + ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Chocolate: Add 1 Pitted Date OR 1 TBSP Maple Syrup + 2 TBSP Cacao Powder

  • Berry: Add 1 Pitted Date OR 1 TBSP Maple Syrup + ¼ Cup Fresh Berries
