How To:

  1. Soak cashews in hot water for 5 minutes in a bowl with water about 3 inches higher than the cashews.

    • Or soak in cool water for at least two hours.

  2. Drain the cashews and add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. (May need to scrape down the sides every few minutes.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or freeze for up to 2 months. 

  4. To stiffen the mixture, refrigerate for at least an hour.
