Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Raw Cashews, Soaked
½ Cup Water
1 TBSP Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1 Garlic Clove
½ Tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper To Taste
How To:
Soak cashews in hot water for 5 minutes in a bowl with water about 3 inches higher than the cashews.
Or soak in cool water for at least two hours.
Drain the cashews and add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. (May need to scrape down the sides every few minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
To stiffen the mixture, refrigerate for at least an hour.
