Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded or Finely Chopped
½ Cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
¼ Cup Dairy Free Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Plain Unsweetened Dairy-Free Yogurt
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Optional: Non Dairy Cheddar Cheese
Optional- Grain Tortilla Chips or Celery Sticks
How To:
Cook and shred the chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and coat with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast the chicken breast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until completely cooked through. Shred or chop.
OR buy an organic Rotisserie chicken and shred or chop
Add chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, and yogurt to a baking dish and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
OR microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Once everything is warm, stir together.
Top with non dairy cheddar cheese and heat for another few minutes.
Serve with grain free tortilla chips (I prefer the Siete brand!) or celery sticks.
