Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4 Almond Flour Tortillas

  • 2 Chicken Breast, Cut into thin strips and roasted

  • ½ Cup Hot Sauce

  • 4 TBSP Ranch Dressing (Non-Dairy)

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Cup Romaine, Chopped

  • ½ Cup Celery, Chopped

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 and cut the chicken into thin strips.

  2. Bake the chicken for 15 minutes or until fully cooked through.

  3. Place a pan over medium heat and lay each tortilla on the pan for 10 seconds, then flip for another 10 seconds and remove.

  4. Chop the avocado, romaine and celery.

  5. Add the avocado, romain, celery, ranch, chicken and hot sauce to the wraps.

  6. Roll it up and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Another option is to replace the chicken and hot sauce with buffalo chicken dip!

  • Make vegan or vegetarian by sauteing tempeh strips in hot sauce and using in place of chicken.
