Beef Broccoli Garlic Ginger Pan

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb New York Strip Steak Cut Into Chunks

  • 2 Cups Broccoli Chopped

  • Sauce:

    • 3 TBSP Coconut Aminos

    • 2 TBSP Coconut Sugar

    • 2 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil

    • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced

    • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Grated

    • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

  • Toppings:

    • 2 Green Onions Sliced

    • 2 TBSP Sesame Seeds

  • Side: Rice (White, Brown, or Cauliflower)

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Cook rice: White Rice, Brown Rice, Cauliflower Rice

  3. In a small bowl, add all of the sauce ingredients.

  4. Cut up the broccoli and the steak.

  5. In a big bowl, add steak and broccoli.

  6. Pour half of the sauce into the big bowl and mix to coat.

  7. Spread into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how much you want the steak cooked

    1. Check frequently if you like it rare.

  8. Assemble the meal by adding rice, topping with broccoli and steak, and drizzling with extra sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Make this vegan or vegetarian by swapping beef with a plant protein like chickpeas, tempeh, or tofu.
