Banana Whip

How To:

  1. Place frozen bananas into a food processor and blend OR place them into a blender and add a tiny bit of non-dairy milk and blend. (A blender may result in a less firm result due to the need of liquid.)

  2. Top with a scoop of almond butter and TBSP of chocolate chips, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Enjoy!

Variations:

  • Chocolate (BROWN BANANA WHIP): 2 Bananas whipped with 2 TBSP cacao powder and topped with a scoop of peanut butter

  • Strawberry (PINK BANANA WHIP): 2 Bananas whipped with ½ cup frozen strawberries and topped with chocolate hazelnut spread, hemp seeds, and walnuts

  • Blue Honey (BLUE BANANA WHIP): 2 Bananas whipped with 1 TBSP honey and 1 tsp blue spirulina and topped with chia seeds and hemp seeds

  • Raspberry (RED BANANA WHIP): 2 Bananas whipped with ⅓ cup frozen raspberries and ½ tsp beet root powder

  • Blueberry (PURPLE BANANA WHIP): 2 Bananas whipped with ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • Mango (YELLOW BANANA WHIP): 2 Bananas whipped with 1 frozen mango
