How To:
Cut open avocado and remove the pit. Scoop into a blender and add the coconut milk and honey. Blend well. Either add the spices to the blender or transfer to a cup and top with spices. Enjoy!
Variations:
Pumpkin Pie: Avocado pudding with pumpkin pie spice: add pumpkin pie spice or a mixture of ¾ tsp cinnamon, and ¼ of each of the following: ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and clove
Superfood: Avocado pudding with chia seeds and flax seeds
Granola: Avocado pudding with paleo granola
Golden Milk: Avocado pudding with a mixture of ¾ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp each of cinnamon and ginger, and a pinch of black pepper
Chocolate: Avocado pudding with 1-2 TBSP cacao powder
