Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
1-2 Pieces of Toast of choice (Made with Whole Grain Bread, Sprouted Ezekiel Whole Grain Bread, Gluten Free Bread, Grain Free Bread, Sweet Potato Slabs, or Potato Slabs)
½-1 Avocado
Spices: Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion
How To:
Toast the bread.
Cut open an avocado and slice with a butter knife, then scoop onto the toast.
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Top with desired spices, sauces, or toppings and enjoy!

Avocado toast with red onion and hemp seeds seasoning with salt and pepper
Avocado toast with sriracha sauce and a fried egg seasoned with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
