Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Pieces of Toast of choice (Made with Whole Grain Bread, Sprouted Ezekiel Whole Grain Bread, Gluten Free Bread, Grain Free Bread, Sweet Potato Slabs, or Potato Slabs)

  • ½-1 Avocado

  • Spices: Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion

How To:

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Cut open an avocado and slice with a butter knife, then scoop onto the toast.

  3. Mash the avocado with a fork.

  4. Top with desired spices, sauces, or toppings and enjoy!

Variations:

  • Avocado toast with red onion and hemp seeds seasoning with salt and pepper

  • Avocado toast with sriracha sauce and a fried egg seasoned with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

  • Avocado toast with tempeh sauteed with hot sauce and leafy greens

  • Avocado toast with arugula, red onion, and smoked salmon, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  • Avocado toast with slices of tomato and balsamic drizzle seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  • Avocado toast with scrambled eggs and breakfast meat

  • Avocado toast with pico de gallo
