Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Avocado

  • 1 Small Mango

  • 1 Medium Red Onion

  • 1 Small Jicama

  • ½ Bunch of Cilantro

  • Dressing:

How To:

  1. Chop all the veggies into tiny, thin pieces and combine in a bowl. Chop cilantro finely.

  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.

  3. Add mixed greens if desired. Enjoy!
