Ingredients:
1 Large Avocado
1 Small Mango
1 Medium Red Onion
1 Small Jicama
½ Bunch of Cilantro
Dressing:
1 Part Olive Oil
2 Part Red Wine Vinegar
Garlic Granules and Sea Salt To Taste
How To:
Chop all the veggies into tiny, thin pieces and combine in a bowl. Chop cilantro finely.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.
Add mixed greens if desired. Enjoy!
