Simple Slaw

Ingredients:
½ Head Small Green Cabbage
1 Red Onion
1 Cup Finely Shredded Carrots
½ Bunch of Cilantro
Dressing:
2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp White Vinegar
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Lime Juice
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
Salt and Pepper To Taste
How To:
Chop all the veggies into tiny, thin pieces and combine in a bowl. Chop cilantro finely.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.
Add mixed greens if desired. Enjoy!
