Honey Garlic Stir Fry Bowl

Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice (Cauliflower, Brown, or White)
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Head Broccoli
2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Zucchini
1 Cup Snow Peas
2 TBSP Avocado Oil
Honey Garlic Dressing
4 TBSP Coconut Aminos or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Honey
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
6 Minced Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Arrowroot Starch
How To:
Cook rice: White Rice, Brown Rice, Cauliflower Rice
Add dressing ingredients into a jar and shake well.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and coat with half of the dressing. Allow to marinate in the fridge while you chop the veggies.
Chop the veggies into bite sized pieces.
Saute the marinated chicken on a pan over medium heat with avocado oil.
After about 7 minutes, add veggies and the rest of the dressing and saute for about 5 more minutes, allowing all flavors to cook together.
Assemble the bowl by adding rice and stir fry. Enjoy!
Notes:
Make grain free by using cauliflower rice.
Make vegan and vegetarian by using tofu instead of chicken.
Make paleo and whole 30 by omitting snow peas.
