  • 2 Cups Spinach

  • 1 Green Apple

  • 1 Orange (Peeled)

  • 1 Cucumber (Seeds Scooped Out)

  • 1 Inch Piece of Ginger

  • Juice of Half A Lemon

  • 1 TBSP of Honey

  • Water To Blend
