Banana Bread

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix together all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients and pour into a big bowl.

  4. Mix all ingredients together and add chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Enjoy!

Variations:

  • Swap almond butter with peanut butter

  • Swap almond butter with tahini (ground sesame seeds)

  • Add chopped dates

  • Spread non-dairy butter on warm banana bread

  • Spread peanut butter or another nut butter on warm banana bread

Notes:

  • Make vegan by using flax eggs.
