Banana Bread

Ingredients:
3 Mashed Bananas
2 Eggs
2 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup coconut oil (Melted)
¼ Cup Almond Butter
¼ Cup + 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
½ Cup Almond Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
How To:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients and pour into a big bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and add chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
Enjoy!
Variations:
Swap almond butter with peanut butter
Swap almond butter with tahini (ground sesame seeds)
Add chopped dates
Spread non-dairy butter on warm banana bread
Spread peanut butter or another nut butter on warm banana bread
Notes:
Make vegan by using flax eggs.
