Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Water

  • ¼ Almond Milk (OR more Water)

  • ½ Avocado

  • ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro, Tightly Packed

  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • ½ tsp Cumin

  • ½ tsp Chili Powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

How To:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend well. Enjoy over a salad or bowl!

Notes:

  • Omit honey to make it whole 30 friendly.
