I decided to go to The Institute for Integrative Nutrition when I was desperately trying to heal on my own. I had been doing research and trial and error for years, but didn’t feel like I had a true foundation of nutrition and health. I originally made the decision to go through this program to better understand MY own health problems.
Not only did I successfully heal from things like acne, mental health issues, and orthorexia, but IIN gave me such an in-depth foundation to understand, educate, and coach others through their health problems. When I got started, I wasn’t even sure if I was interested in becoming a health coach. But as I learned what coaching actually entailed, I realized how aligned it was with my passions.

IIN is a program that can be completed in 6 months or 1 year. It’s an online program with 40 modules that cover holistic health and integrative nutrition from a whole picture perspective as well as business skills and coaching training.
