About Kristen

For as long as I can remember, I wanted my life to be extraordinary.

As I grew up and “adulted” more and more, I became pretty disappointed with my life.

On top of that, I found myself struggling with chronic health issues…

(planning my days around naps, spending hours on makeup and skincare to cover acne, laying down with stomach pains, dealing with joint pain and stiffness, riding out mood swings, struggling to focus… the list goes on.)

Within the first few years of navigating my healing, I lost my favorite person in the world- my brother, Danny.

He was a BRIGHT light. So special. He had autism and, by 18, his personality was much like Buddy the Elf- loving, kind, friendly, silly, hilarious, and pure.

Danny had life figured out. He didn’t filter himself or care what anyone else thought. He didn’t waste his precious energy on anything that didn’t light him up. He dreamed big- declaring he’d be a music teacher and a rock star (inspired by School of Rock, lol). He researched, asked for singing and music lessons, and was determined to make his dreams real. By simply being so fully himself, he deeply impacted me in his 18 years.

As I processed his passing, I started to form my true beliefs about life and death. I believe we’re souls inhabiting these bodies. Our bodies and minds are not us- they’re tools we get to use in this lifetime for our souls to live, learn, and express our purpose on Earth.

That’s why it’s so important to take care of our bodies and minds. They’re precious (and frankly, magical) machines that allow us to feel incredible when we support them well.

But ultimately, we’re not our bodies or minds- we’re souls. And learning how to tune inward and honor what our soul craves? That’s how we find alignment, fulfillment, and the clarity to make our unique impact.

I realized my health issues were turning this precious machine into a burden. And the world’s “shoulds” were blocking me from my soul’s path. The symptoms (and the rulebook) had to go.

My healing journey had many ups and downs. Like most of us, I started at the doctor’s office. But deep down, I knew drugs and procedures wouldn’t address the root.

I started exploring natural healing modalities. At first, I went overboard—restrictive diets, skipping social events, expensive products, obsessive research, and rigid routines. I’m happy to tell you now: that ain’t the answer.

Eventually, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. That’s when everything clicked. I was able to improve ALL of my issues using a holistic, intuitive, sustainable approach- and it didn’t require all the restriction, willpower, or obsession I thought it would.

What a relief to realize that healing doesn’t require doing everything. (I know how overwhelming the conflicting advice on social media can be.) It’s about getting to the root, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal, and finding a balance that works uniquely for you.

My health journey became a spiritual journey, a business journey, a beauty journey, a relationship journey… As I healed my body, I also healed my ability to tune into my intuition. I rewired limiting beliefs around what’s possible for me. I healed my skin. I released people-pleasing. I dropped the layers of conditioning from society and became more and more me.

And now I’m here to guide you to be more you. To live your most soul-aligned life, reach your full potential, and make your time on Earth extraordinary- while feeling better and better every step of the way.
